Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in finance and accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage local loan portfolio with RMs including annual reviews and covenant compliance.
• Participate in loan process: underwriting and preparation of credit approval packages.
• Coordinate with Credit Analysts on LARs, credit memos, financial spreads.
• Serve as secondary contact on client relationships.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Prepare commitments and review loan documents.
• Assist lenders in prospecting efforts.
• Spread, analyze and interpret complex financial statements and tax returns.
• Analyze relationships globally and mitigate risk.
• Prepare and present credit analysis packages through the approval chain.
