Job summary

Georgiasown is seeking a Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager in Atlanta. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration with remote work. The successful candidate will serve as a portfolio management officer for a commercial banking portfolio, ensuring ongoing credit surveillance, risk identification, and portfolio reporting.

You will analyze borrower performance, track covenant compliance, and support loan management activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or real estate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial banking or commercial real estate.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements.
• Experience with commercial real estate and commercial & industrial lending.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing financial performance monitoring for an assigned commercial banking portfolio.
• Track covenant compliance and follow up with relationship partners and borrowers.
• Administer watchlist relationships and support early problem loan identification.
