Regions in Atlanta, GA seeks a Credit Products Commercial Portfolio Manager who will lead all aspects of the commercial credit process. You will partner with relationship managers to structure financing solutions for prospects and clients, and you will oversee underwriting, documentation, and risk management for large, complex transactions.

The role is exempt, full-time, with incentive eligibility and a base commitment to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Five years of experience in commercial underwriting.
• Subject Matter Expert level understanding of accounting and finance, financial statement and cash flow analysis.

Responsabilités

• Executes on the commercial loan origination strategy with prospects and clients to develop optimal financing structures.
• Underwrites, structures, and documents transactions above a designated threshold.
• Manages the portfolio by monitoring performance and defining client credit solutions.
• Ensures all credit process metrics are within prescribed tolerances.
• Maintains accountability for risk evaluation and compliance within AML, CRA/HMDA, Reg B.
• Reviews interim new money requests for relationships managed up to a defined limit.
