Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related regulated environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree as stated; advanced degree and PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans for assigned projects and workstreams.
• Track milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and owners.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional project teams.
• Maintain work breakdown structures and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress and flag potential delays.
• Support project leads and PMO leadership to align with scope and timelines.
• Maintain risk, issue, action, decision, and dependency logs.
• Coordinate project meetings and document key decisions and actions.
• Develop status updates using PMO standards; consolidate inputs for governance meetings.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend; monitor variances.
