We are seeking an experiencedSenior Project Managerto support an International Customer Excellence PMO focused on global marketing strategies, business transformation, strategic initiatives, and product launches.
This role will partner with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and functions to drive successful project execution, maintain PMO standards, and ensure visibility and alignment across key initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex projects within a highly matrixed, global organization and is comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Execute PMO activities supporting projects and programs across multiple functions, regions, and international affiliates.
Manage cross-functional initiatives related tobusiness transformation, strategic programs, global marketing, and product launches.
Support and maintain standardizedPMO processes, governance, tools, reporting, and methodologies.
Partner with international commercial and marketing teams to facilitate communication, alignment, and successful delivery of key initiatives.
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and overall performance.
Support risk management, resource planning, and issue resolution across complex projects.
Prepareproject status reports, executive summaries, presentations, and other communicationsfor stakeholders and senior leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, town halls, and council sessions, ensuring both logistical and content alignment.
Collaborate with senior PMO leads and project managers to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Maintain transparency and consistency across project reporting and governance activities.
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experiencemanaging matrixed, cross-functional, and/or global projects or programs.
Experience supporting initiatives involvingbusiness transformation, strategic programs, product launches, commercial operations, or marketing.
Strong understanding ofPMO methodologies, tools, governance, and project management frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, includingsenior leadership and global teams.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
English fluency required.
Experience supporting aglobal or international marketing/commercial organization.
Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other life sciences industry experience.
Experience with global product launches or commercial transformation initiatives.
Experience preparing project reporting and presentations for senior management.
PMP or other relevant project management certification.
Direct experience working across international regions, affiliates, and cross-functional teams.
