Job summary

3M is seeking a senior leader to run the Division PMO and accelerate commercialization across multiple geographies. You will oversee a team of project managers, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with NPI expectations and 3M Grow documentation.

The role focuses on program governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with the LOC and other senior stakeholders to deliver high-priority NPI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of five (5) years commercialization leadership experience, including phase gate process.
• Minimum of five (5) years combined supervisory and/or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Division PMO with a team of Project Managers coordinating complex commercialization programs.
• Drive commercialization excellence by improving processes, tools, and ways of working across geographies.
• Oversee portfolio governance, including global prioritization and resource deployment for NPI and CMP opportunities.
