Ellingson Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Electrical seeks a Commercial Planned Maintenance Sales Representative to grow our customer base in the Alexandria/Perham markets. You will promote and sell preventative maintenance agreements for mechanical systems, focusing on asset protection, reduced downtime, and improved performance.

The role emphasizes proactive, relationship-driven selling with collaboration across service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or service-related sales.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance programs and service agreements.
• Strong customer acquisition and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial customers and identify new opportunities.
• Pursue new business and grow existing accounts through regular communication and value-driven solutions.
• Prepare proposals and manage opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and track sales performance to meet goals.
