DWC Mechanical is seeking a Service Sales Manager – Planned Maintenance to lead and expand our commercial HVAC maintenance sales program. This role will drive new maintenance agreements, develop the sales team, and strengthen relationships with commercial building owners, property managers, and facilities leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC, mechanical service, or related B2B service sales experience.
• Experience leading a sales team and coaching others.
• Proven success selling commercial service agreements and maintenance contracts.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance principles.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and use CRM for forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planned maintenance sales department and hit revenue and margin targets.
• Develop strategies to grow maintenance agreement portfolio.
• Coach team on pipeline development, prospecting, proposals, and closing.
• Oversee pricing, scope, and contract structures for profitable agreements.
• Maintain CRM records and provide forecasts to leadership.
• Build relationships with property managers, building owners, and contractors.
