Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharma seeks a seasoned Director of Commercial Planning & Business Performance to build and lead planning, forecasting, pricing, and performance analytics across North America. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal to drive strategic decisions and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial planning and at least 5 years in people leadership within pharma or radiopharmaceuticals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial planning, operations, pricing, forecasting, analytics in pharma/healthcare.
• 5+ years of people leadership including coaching and performance management.
• Proven success building and leading commercial planning and analytics functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve core planning, pricing, reporting, governance, and performance routines.
• Manage pricing, contracting, discounting, and deal review with cross-functional partners.
• Support government pricing, ASP reporting, and related compliance activities.
• Maintain controls, SOPs, data quality, documentation, and performance discipline.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain to forecast and plan supply
• Oversee customer segmentation, targeting, and territory alignment inputs.
• Coordinate incentive compensation processes with Sales Leadership and HR.
• Support sales training, field tools, and communication plans for the team.
• Provide reporting on sales performance, trends, and key business metrics.
• Improve CRM, ERP, BI tools and data workflows; simplify processes.
