Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial training strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead onboarding programs that accelerate new hire readiness and success.
  • Create and deliver product, clinical, reimbursement, and sales training programs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current, accurate, and relevant.
  • Design learning experiences focused on consultative selling, customer engagement, account planning, and territory management.
  • Support product launches and strategic commercial initiatives through targeted training programs.
  • Develop and maintain instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and digital learning content.
  • Drive adoption of CRM systems, sales tools, and commercial processes through effective training.
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and performance analytics.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative learning technologies and AI-enabled training solutions.
  • Collaborate across commercial, clinical, compliance, regulatory, and HR teams to build organizational capability.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in nuclear medicine, PET, SPECT, theranostics, or radiopharmaceuticals who is passionate about developing people, accelerating commercial effectiveness, and helping sales teams succeed in a highly specialized healthcare market.

Role Overview

The Manager, Commercial & Clinical Trainer leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of commercial training programs across the organization. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders, this role drives onboarding, product education, clinical training, sales capability development, and field effectiveness initiatives.

You will play a critical role in building a culture of continuous learning while helping commercial teams confidently communicate the value of radiopharmaceutical products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Marketing, Education, Training & Development, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, learning and development, commercial operations, or related commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, PET, SPECT, theranostics, or a closely adjacent specialty healthcare market is required.
  • Experience developing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning programs.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, learning management systems (LMS), sales enablement platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience supporting field-based commercial organizations preferred.
  • Experience leading product launch training initiatives preferred.
  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled learning, coaching, content creation, and knowledge management tools preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive learning adoption.
  • Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related certifications preferred.
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
