Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Dir/Sr. Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics to lead the US analytics function and partner with the US Commercial Leadership Team.

This role shapes commercial strategy and drives measurable business impact through advanced analytics, forecasting, and AI-enabled insights. The position requires extensive data analytics and forecasting experience in pharma, strong communication with non-technical stakeholders, and a hands-on approach with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in data analytics, forecasting or commercial strategy within pharma.
• Expert in SQL Server and advanced Excel; hands-on with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with data science methodologies (predictive analytics, ML) and patient data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the data and insights strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead data integration, governance, and analytics infrastructure to monitor performance.
• Develop forecasting models for in-line products and pipelines; scenario analysis.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Medical, Finance, and vendors; drive KPIs.
