Job summary

EKK Eagle America, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to lead and own processes across Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and Commercial Operations. The role oversees teams across multiple locations and drives improvements in order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on operational leadership with a broader business perspective, developing people, improving processes, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading and developing employees.
• Experience across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Working knowledge of purchasing, order management, inventory, and supply processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and business process improvement.
• Experience working in an international or manufacturing organization is preferred.
• Experience working with teams across multiple locations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service, Logistics and Purchasing teams across multiple locations, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Build a collaborative, responsive, and results-oriented team culture.
• Lead Customer Service, Warehouse and order management activities to ensure responsive communication and order accuracy.
• Partner with Sales to ensure customer requirements, forecasts, priorities, and commitments are effectively executed.
• Lead Purchasing activities to ensure alignment between demand, inventory, and availability.
• Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes using KPIs and data.
