You will drive order-to-cash and procure-to-pay excellence, coordinate with sales and manufacturing, and elevate service, inventory and delivery performance.

The ideal candidate blends hands-on leadership with strategic business sense, developing teams and improving processes across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• Experience leading employees and working across multiple functions.
• Experience with ERP systems and business process improvement.
• Experience in international or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service, Logistics and Purchasing teams across locations, ensuring clear expectations and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes using KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT and manufacturing sites to align priorities.
• Manage day-to-day execution while developing people and enhancing performance.
