The Commercial Millwork Estimator is responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting the sales and project management teams throughout the bidding process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial laminated products, architectural casework, cabinetry, or millwork construction.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents for commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates for laminated products, casework, countertops, and related materials.
• Perform quantity takeoffs: labor, material, hardware, installation.
• Solicit and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Generate quotes, bids, and proposals within deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, engineering, and production teams.
