Job summary

Google’s North American Deal Pursuit Organization seeks a Commercial Manager to drive critical contract negotiations and lifecycle management for high-value cloud deals in North America.

You’ll structure deal strategies, engage sellers, customers, and partners, and apply subject matter expertise on GCP initiatives while advancing process improvements and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• MBA or JD is preferred.
• Experience negotiating business and commercial terms with large enterprise customers.
• Strong stakeholder management across matrixed organizations.
• Detail oriented with process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Execute critical contract negotiations and manage deal lifecycles.
• Structure deal strategy, seller, customer, and partner engagement.
