Babcock International is seeking a Commercial Manager to back the Royal School of Military Engineering contract. The role supports commercial delivery, governance and growth, managing risk and driving value for Babcock and customers.

You will nurture relationships across operations, customers and stakeholders, and contribute to bids and negotiations. The position is based at Chatham with a 37-hour week, offering hybrid patterns: three days onsite and two days remote, with flexibility to meet

• Provide commercial support to ensure delivery of the RSMe contract.
• Identify and manage commercial risks, opportunities, changes and obligations.
• Support governance activities, audits, approvals and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with operations teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and commercial negotiations.
