Formación

• Experience managing UK MOD contracts and applying Contracting Regulations.
• Proven ability to prepare winning proposals and negotiate terms to maximize profitability.
• Strong analytical skills to align contract terms with written agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end contracts with UK MOD and UK HMG bids.
• Advise Procurement on key contractual obligations and risks; ensure flow-down and mitigation.
• Lead negotiation strategies across various contracts and amendments.
• Highlight and mitigate commercial risks; ensure governance compliance.
• Oversee commercial aspects of bidding processes, bid governance, and T&Cs.
• Ensure timely payment and accurate performance of commercial activities.
