Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Commercial Manager in Dallas to lead cost management across pre- and post-contract activities, including tender processes and project spend oversight. You will develop valuations, cost reports, and manage communications with clients and teams.

Travel to meet clients and project partners will be required as needed. The role requires 8+ years in cost management on varied projects, preferably with data center or mission-critical experience, and a related construction degree.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cost management experience on varied projects (pre- and post-contract).
• Experience with data center or mission critical projects is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tender/bid processes from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports; communicate variations clearly.
• Support settlement of construction disputes, loss and expense claims with transparency.
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through cost documentation and timely communication.
