• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the tender/bid process from documentation through reporting.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports and communicate variations.
• Support settlement of construction disputes with transparent cost documentation.
• Support nimble project management and timely decisions through clear cost records.
