Job summary
Columbia Bank in Irvine, CA, seeks a Commercial Banking Onboarding Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for Commercial customers throughout onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
You will partner with the Commercial Relationship Team to gather and review information needed for underwriting, documentation and closing of C&I loans, construction loans, term loans, deposits, and related services.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4-7 years in banking, loan administration and documentation required.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a primary liaison with Commercial customers through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Review information for underwriting, documentation and closing of C&I, construction and term loans, and deposits.
- Prepare data input sheets and boarding information for servicing systems; maintain documentation for audits.
- Coordinate with attorneys to finalize documents protecting the bank's interests; monitor closing conditions.
