You will build strong client relationships, partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, mentor leaders, and collaborate with sales and carrier partners to elevate service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Experience within a retail insurance brokerage environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, managers, or large-scale operations.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Lines workflows, client service, and operational best practices.
• Ability to lead through influence, build consensus, and drive results.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Commercial Lines managers and service teams across multiple locations.
• Drive operational excellence, consistency, and service quality throughout the organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support business growth.
• Mentor and develop future leaders through coaching, training, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client teams to enhance customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and key internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted leader and resource for complex client and operational matters.
