Job summary

Brown & Brown in Irvine, CA seeks a Sr Commercial Account Manager to lead relationships with a defined book of business, delivering strategic renewal and service excellence. You will act as main client contact, coordinate with producers and carriers, and drive retention and growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial insurance, an active P&C license, strong MS Office skills, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; extensive commercial insurance experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process with quotes and claims experience from various carriers.
• Assist Producers with new business calls and implementation of new business for newly assigned accounts.
• Act as liaison between producer and client for renewal updates and documentation.
• Handle a diverse range of insurance products in the Commercial Lines arena.
• Submit complete and accurate renewal information to the incumbent carrier(s).
• Prepare Insurance Coverage Review documents and bind coverage per client instructions.
• Manage day-to-day account management and communicate status to PCL.
• Manage accounts receivable and daily account administration.
• Contribute to development of Technical Assistants.
