Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines to manage a dedicated book of business, retain clients, and support new business development. The role emphasizes effective policy administration, billing, claims handling, and timely renewals.

You will lead day-to-day account activities, collaborate with teams, and maintain accuracy across agency systems while delivering proactive service and expert coverage analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business ensuring retention and growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and client service, resolving issues.
• Follow renewal processes, submissions, and coverage proposals.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals, and assist AR as needed.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor data accuracy.
