Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a large, multi-line book of business. You will serve as the primary client contact, provide risk management guidance, and collaborate with producers, carrier partners, and internal teams to retain and expand client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Experience managing large and complex multi-line commercial accounts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products including Property, General Liability, Auto, Umbrella, Workers’ Compensation, Cyber, Professional Liability, Inland Marine, and Management Liability.
• Proven success in client retention and cross-selling initiatives.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with agency management systems, carrier portals, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required for at least 5 years.
• CIC, CISR, CRM, or similar professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary service contact for assigned commercial accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsive service.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify coverage gaps, emerging exposures, and risk management opportunities.
• Provide consultative guidance regarding policy coverages, endorsements, exclusions, and insurance program structure.
• Resolve client inquiries, coverage issues, and service concerns in a timely and professional manner.
