LP Insurance Services in Reno, NV is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to deliver above-standard client service to assigned accounts and collaborate with Producers and Account Executives. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships and completing accurate client work.

You will manage renewals, coordinate with underwriters, review applications and proposals, and assist Sales with opportunities. A collaborative team environment and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Develop strong relationships with Commercial Lines clients and underwriters following company policies and service standards.
• Supports large and complex commercial lines clients.
• Review all insurance applications, policies, endorsements, cancellations, and audits for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all client transactions.
• Identify new business opportunities by advising on additional lines of coverage.
• May supervise, lead or mentor Account Managers and/or Account Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Provide above-standard customer service to Clients, Producers, Account Executives and coworkers.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts in a team environment.
• Assist with renewals, proposals and underwriting communications.
• Collaborate with sales to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Support accuracy and timeliness of client documentation.
