Job summary

LP Insurance Services is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager in Henderson, NV. The role focuses on delivering above-standard customer service to Clients, Producers, and Account Executives while managing a portfolio of commercial lines clients.

Responsibilities include renewals, applications, and liaising with underwriters, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and grow the book of business.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance coverage is essential.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Commercial Lines middle market account management experience with a broker.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with Commercial Lines clients and underwriters following policy and service standards.
• Support large and complex commercial lines clients and renewals.
• Review insurance applications, endorsements, cancellations, and audits for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all client transactions.
• Assist Sales Executive in identifying new business opportunities.
• May supervise or mentor Account Managers and/or Account Assistants.
