Job summary

LP Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager in Las Vegas to deliver premium client service for assigned accounts. You will liaise with Clients, Producers, and Account Executives to manage the full client experience, including renewals, applications, and coverage changes.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
• Knowledge of commercial insurance coverage and underwriting processes.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Commercial Lines middle market account management experience with a broker.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with Commercial Lines clients and underwriters in line with company policies.
• Support large and complex commercial lines clients and manage renewals.
• Review applications, policies, endorsements, cancellations, and audits for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all client transactions.
• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate with Sales Executive.
• May supervise or mentor Account Managers or Assistants.
