Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty professional for New Jersey to lead client service for middle and large accounts and collaborate on strategy design and renewal messaging. With guidance, you will manage messaging on small accounts and participate in renewal discussions, ensuring accurate placements and strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in P&C, a valid P&C license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meetings.
• Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate on mid-market placements with Subject Matter Experts.
• Review, finalize and participate in proposal meetings.
• Document client orders to bind and review binder for accuracy.
• Participate in post-renewal meetings.
• Participate in stewardship planning and delivery for large clients.
• Oversee confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits.
