World Insurance Associates LLC seeks an experienced Property & Casualty professional to lead client service for middle and large accounts in New Jersey. You will collaborate with senior colleagues on strategy and renewal messaging, while independently guiding messaging for smaller clients.

Responsibilities include creating service plans, reviewing policy exposures, and supporting mid-market placements with experts to ensure smooth placement processes and accurate proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and finalize policy details and client communications.

Responsabilités

• Create and deliver WIA service plan.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meetings.
• Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate on mid-market placements with subject matter experts.
• Review, finalize and participate in proposal meetings.
• Document orders to bind and review binder for accuracy.
