Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to support a large commercial insurance book of business. You will partner with a high-performing Producer and serve as the primary contact for clients, handling account servicing, renewals, carrier relationships, and retention.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree beneficial.
• Professional insurance designations such as CIC, CISR, CRM, ARM, or CPCU beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial insurance clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and other account servicing activities.
• Partner with the Producer to support client retention and long-term account growth.
• Coordinate renewal activities with underwriting information, loss runs, and supporting documentation.
• Review policies for accuracy and assist with coverage questions and renewal recommendations.
