World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking a client service lead for middle and large accounts in New Jersey. You will guide strategy design and renewal messaging under guidance, and may independently lead messaging for smaller accounts with minimal direction.

Responsibilities include service plan delivery, strategy meeting preparation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate binder documentation and successful placements.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.

Aufgaben

• Create and deliver WIA service plan.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meetings.
• Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate on mid-market placements with Subject Matter Experts.
• Review, finalize and participate in proposal meetings.
• Document client orders to bind and review binder for accuracy.
• Participate in post-renewal and stewardship activities.
• Oversee confirmations of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits.
