Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a client-service oriented professional to lead service for middle and large accounts in New Jersey. You will collaborate with senior colleagues on strategy and renewal messaging, and may independently lead messaging for small accounts with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities include creating service plans, coordinating strategy meetings, reviewing coverages, and ensuring accurate binder documentation. A P&C license and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty with comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver WIA service plan.
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meeting.
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis.
• Collaborates on mid-market placements with SMEs to ensure smooth placement processes.
• Review, finalize and participate proposal meeting.
• Document clients order to bind and review binder for accuracy.
• Participates in post renewal meeting.
• Participates in stewardship planning and delivery for large clients.
• Oversight of confirmation of coverage, policies, endorsements, and audits.
