Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 4 years' experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations.
Experience in commercial loan documentation, commercial lending support or other banking position.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other office support systems and programs.
Experience in paralegal support.

Responsibilities

Ongoing Sales Support: Provide ongoing sales support to Lenders, identify cross-sell opportunities, coordinate materials, and set up sales calls.
Documentation Support and Accuracy: Originates, processes and ensures accuracy of loan documentation for closings.
Ongoing Credit Servicing Support and Accuracy: Resolve documentation issues, update financial statements, prepare files for portfolio reviews.
Monitoring of Past Due Credits: Communicate and follow up on portfolio past dues to stay current.
Ongoing Customer Service/Office Support: Coordinates opening of deposit and other banking services with branch partners; handle requests.
