The role emphasizes adaptability, quick learning, and handling multiple priorities while maintaining risk controls and delivering high-quality service to commercial clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years in administration, banking, or financial services, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support commercial lending requests with specialist expertise.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to commercial clients for a positive experience.
• Provide transaction support and account servicing for non-monetary tasks and complex transactions.
