You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and assist in mitigating risk, while adapting to a dynamic workload and coordinating across departments to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years administration, banking or financial services experience or related education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to obtain Notary Public Designation within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support Commercial Lending Requests with specialist expertise.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to commercial clients.
• Perform transaction support and account servicing to ensure compliant, timely client operations.
• Support portfolio management and identify issues to mitigate risk.
