Sun Title Agency of Michigan seeks a Commercial Account Executive to own new business development and manage lending relationships across West and Southwest Michigan. You will target banks, credit unions, and CRE lenders, building trust and expanding Sun Title’s reach.

You’ll prospect, conduct discovery meetings, and deepen existing client relationships, collaborating with Commercial Escrow Officers to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management with a proven track record.
• Commercial lending experience required or preferred.
• CRM discipline to keep pipeline current and complete.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert new commercial lending relationships across West and Southwest Michigan.
• Manage existing commercial lender portfolio and deepen wallet share.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with activity, conversion, and account health; report KPI progress.
