Job summary

Sun Title Agency is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business development and manage relationships with commercial lending clients across West and Southwest Michigan. You will partner with Commercial Escrow Officers to deliver exceptional service and grow wallet share while deepening lender loyalty.

You will leverage a proven sales background, commercial lending knowledge, and CRM discipline to maintain an accurate pipeline and report on KPI progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a track record of success.
• Experience in commercial lending and building lender relationships.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial lending relationships across West and Southwest Michigan with banks, credit unions, and CRE lenders.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial lender clients.
• Be the trusted advisor to lenders and answer title-related questions during underwriting.
