• Carry out ongoing business development to promote lending services and cross-sell other bank services.
• Interview applicants for commercial C&I and commercial mortgages; analyze credit information and approve loans within authority.
• Serve as Account Officer; maintain records; provide financial counseling and monitor borrower financial condition.
• Keep abreast of regulatory and competitive developments in commercial lending; attend courses and seminars.
• Promote the bank's products and services and participate in community affairs.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures related to regulatory compliance.
• Perform related duties as required.
