Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred.
• Formally credit trained and/or underwriting knowledge preferred.
• Typically a minimum of 4 years direct lending or credit support experience.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and services including CRE loans.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients and cross-sell banking products.
• Develop and maintain COIs and attend networking events.
• Structure loans and perform credit analysis.
• Close real estate and other commercial loans in the $1M–$10M range.
