Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or extensive lending experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial lending and business relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusting relationships with business members and partners.
• Gathers and analyzes information to present financing requests to Senior Management or Loan Committee.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions; approve loans within established lending limits.
• Coordinate processing of approved loans and ensure compliance with credit union policies.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions, rates, vendors, and competition.
