The role translates strategy into actionable outcomes, builds a high-performing team, and partners with Product Management, Technology, Operations, and Marketing to ensure market success across color, additive, compound, and custom-solution capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales/commercial experience.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American Building & Construction sales to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team and key customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure feasibility and execution.
• Create executive-ready growth recommendations and regular scorecard reviews.
• Build repeatable growth platforms and a clear pipeline management process.
