Americhem is seeking a Commercial Manager for Building & Construction in North America. Lead the NA sales organization to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships while translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes building a high-performing team, coordinating with Product Management, Technology, Operations, and Finance, and delivering profitable growth in a competitive market. Requires strong leadership and industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive sales/commercial experience, including 3+ years in people leadership.
• Proven success leading GTM strategies, managing strategic relationships, and driving growth in B2B manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong North American relationships across processors, OEMs, suppliers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Strategic and cross-functional leadership with market/competitive analysis, value selling, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a market-back view of NA Building & Construction opportunities to guide action.
• Assess competitors and channel partners to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Develop a capable team to originate and advance opportunities with defined close plans.
• Translate market signals into product priorities, applications, and launch plans.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, CRM data, and accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to enable execution.
• Deliver executive-ready growth recommendations and regular portfolio reviews.
