Job summary

Americhem is seeking a Commercial Manager – Building & Construction to lead the North American sales organization, translating strategy into measurable growth across color, additive, compound, and custom-solution capabilities.

You will build a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, and coordinate with Product Management, Operations, and Marketing to ensure profitable execution and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of progressive sales/commercial experience, including at least 3 years of people leadership.
• Proven success leading teams, go-to-market strategy development, and key customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North American Building & Construction sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Develop market-back view and prioritize opportunities across color, additive, and compounds.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management with accurate CRM data and forecasts.
• Create executive-ready growth recommendations and scorecards.
