Job summary

Dohner Landscaping Ltd. in Hudson, OH is seeking a Commercial Account Manager - Landscape Services to oversee an established portfolio of national commercial accounts and drive growth through exceptional service.

You will build lasting client relationships with property managers, coordinate with operations and estimating teams, and identify opportunities to expand services while ensuring profitability and renewals. A valid driver's license and prior landscaping sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial landscaping sales, account management, or related industry experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
• Comfortable traveling to commercial client sites throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of approximately 75 commercial landscape maintenance and snow service accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients.
• Conduct regular client visits to monitor service quality and proactively address concerns.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and recommend additional services that meet client needs.
• Generate new commercial business opportunities and support company growth initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with operations, estimating, and field crews to ensure services are delivered as promised.
• Maintain accurate account information, proposals, client communication, and project updates using LMN software.
• Monitor account profitability while supporting company gross profit goals.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining long-term relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages renewals and referrals.
