Yellowstone Landscape in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking an Account Manager to connect with existing and new clients, listen to their needs, and build lasting relationships. You will prepare professional proposals and coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure service quality.

This role requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 3–5 years of sales experience, with strong communication and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred; relevant experience considered.
• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to drive to worksites for tours and inspections.
• Previous landscape operations management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Horticultural knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals for lawn and snow services.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare professional proposals and client communications.
• Review project specs and contract documents.
• Identify and resolve potential issues to avoid complaints.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure quality work.
