Dohner Landscaping Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to oversee and grow an established portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance and snow service accounts. You will work with clients, field teams, and internal departments to ensure service excellence and opportunities for account expansion.

The role focuses on relationship management, estimating support, and business development, with a direct impact on company growth through outstanding customer service and proactive management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial landscaping sales, account management, or related industry experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the service area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~75 commercial landscape maintenance and snow service accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and commercial clients.
• Conduct regular client visits to monitor service quality and address concerns.
• Identify opportunities to add services and grow accounts.
• Generate new commercial business opportunities and support growth.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, and field crews to deliver services.
• Maintain account information, proposals, and client communications in LMN.
• Monitor account profitability and support gross profit goals.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive renewals and referrals.
