Proven experience in commercial lines insurance sales and client management.
Active Property & Casualty license.
Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and coverage options.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships as the primary insurance contact, building trust and strategic partnerships.
Oversee a portfolio of mid-to-large clients, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Drive new business through strategic account management and proposals.
Analyze client exposures and design comprehensive insurance programs.
Build relationships with underwriters for customized client solutions.
Maintain accurate client records, renewals, and policy documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and client service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
