Legacy Risk Solutions LLC in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Risk Advisor to join our growing team. You will develop new commercial insurance business, expand market presence, and deliver tailored risk management solutions to diverse clients.

The ideal candidate has a consultative sales approach, strong business development skills, and a track record of building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• 3+ years in commercial insurance sales or business development.
• Proven success growing a commercial book of business.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently.
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial insurance business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Identify clients' insurance needs and recommend customized commercial insurance and risk management solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and options.
• Negotiate coverage terms and pricing with carriers.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lines Account Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience for new clients.
• Conduct annual client reviews to identify evolving risks and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve new business production goals.
• Stay informed on commercial insurance products, market conditions, carrier appetites, and industry trends.
• Accurately maintain client activity and sales opportunities within the agency management and CRM systems.
