Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader in the insurance space, is seeking a Commercial Lines Large Account Manager in California. You'll manage policy maintenance, service mid-to-large accounts, and build strong client relationships while driving retention and profitable growth.

Responsibilities include collaborating with client advisors, reviewing exposures, marketing, quoting, and preparing proposals from risk and insurance perspectives. On-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with grammar and punctuation.
• Strong accounting or math skills.
• High critical thinking and problem solving.
• Attention to detail with low error rate.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and related tech.
• Knowledge of Agency Management Systems: Applied Epica, etc.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and support account updates.
• Review exposures and insurance programs to select best carrier.
• Market, quote, and prepare client proposals from risk and insurance perspectives.
• Provide day-to-day service and timely responses to client questions.
• Monitor carrier activities and complete account reviews.
• Seek referrals and support cross-selling across lines.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records.
