The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service within insurance or financial services, a Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain it, and strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or similar role within insurance, risk management, or financial services.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
• Strong technical and computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day management of assigned accounts and associated operational workflows.
• Acts as a subject matter support resource for internal processes and account handling.
• Partners with Account Executives and team members to align service delivery with client needs.
• Processes endorsements, renewals, and carrier transactions with high accuracy.
• Maintains agency management systems and ensures data integrity.
• Prepares renewal applications and conducts pre-renewal reviews or account audits.
• Supports invoicing processes including agency-billed and carrier-billed transactions.
• Reviews documentation thoroughly and documents all account activity per standards.
• Monitors downloads and data flows to ensure system accuracy.
• Resolves discrepancies with carriers and supports underwriting processes.
• Maintains complete and accurate client and policy records.
• Collaborates with internal teams and carrier partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicates with underwriters to resolve issues and support appropriate outcomes.
• Supports billing inquiries, client requests, and administrative needs.
• Provides backup support to team members as needed.
• Supports remarketing efforts and comparative rating initiatives.
• Participates in special projects and process enhancements.
• Assists in scaling operations through consistent execution and support.
• Identifies opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Maintains confidentiality of client and company information.
• Leverages systems and tools effectively to enhance service delivery.
